The fee for each course or retreat session must be paid in full prior to the start date. Failure to receive the fees in advance from a participant means that we will reserve the right to deny access to the course or session.
We accept payments in UK pounds sterling by cheque or by bank transfer from a UK bank directly into our bank account. Invoices and payment receipts are available to customers on request. We will provide our bank details on specific request.
The prices quoted on our website and in leaflets are correct at the date of publication and for 90 days thereafter.
All cancellations by participants must be made via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations to bookings made at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the course/session will attract a full refund.
Cancellations to bookings made less than 2 weeks prior to the start date of the module, will not be automatically refunded but at our discretion we may transfer you on to another course or session in the future.
Cancellation of Courses
We reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund.
